- Following up with venues that have not responded, within reasonable limits
- Using AI-generated content as a starting point, with human review before sending
- Respecting opt-out and unsubscribe requests immediately
Prohibited Use
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Ignoring unsubscribe or stop requests
- Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
- Using the platform to harvest email addresses for sale or redistribution
- Sending content that is misleading, fraudulent, or illegal
- Circumventing send controls, throttling, or safety features
Compliance
Users must comply with CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and any other applicable email and privacy regulations in their jurisdiction.
Enforcement
Violation of this policy may result in account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to review campaign content for compliance.
